CZHILISPIEL, the Hottest Celebration in Texas, is heading into its 38th year, and expecting an even greater response than ever before! We are soliciting sponsors to help make this year’s Czhilispiel an even Bigger and Better event!
The 38th Annual Czhilispiel is scheduled for October 22, 23, & 24, 2010 in downtown Flatonia. Due to the support of wonderful sponsors and volunteers each year, we welcome a crowd of over 15,000 visitors into our Historic Downtown. The Czhilispiel has put Flatonia on the map for several years and we look forward to seeing it grow even larger this year.
As you know sponsor support is the key to all successful events, and this year to heat things up a little, we have increased sponsorships and are providing all sponsors with new and improved promotional opportunities.
Sponsors will receive many advertising benefits such as name placement at the festival, listings on our city and festival websites along with other promotional ads and possible radio and TV/Cable spots (depending on the level of sponsorship).
Traditionally, our local businesses have been very involved and supportive of the annual Czhilispiel. The sponsorship levels attached identify the benefit package that your company or organization will receive by being a part of this HUGE community event. If you are interested in sponsoring this year, please mail the completed sponsorship confirmation form with a check to Czhilispiel Festival, P.O. Box 610; Flatonia, Tx 78941 no later than July 31, 2010.
In the previous year, some of our sponsors did not receive the promotional opportunities as promised. To make up for this error, we are increasing the number of passes on each level. We sincerely apologize for the oversight and will assure it will never happen in the future. We truly respect you r assistance and will do everything in our power to make sure you are granted all that you deserve.
