CASI CZHILI COOK-OFF: For rules: CLICK HERE - This is the Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI) sanctioned cook-off.
HOMETOWN CZHILI COOK-OFF: For rules: CLICK HERE - This is for residents of Flatonia only. Proof of residence will be required for this competition.
BARBECUE & BEAN COOK-OFF: For rules: CLICK HERE - Categories to be judged are Beef Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, Chicken and Pinto Beans
JACKPOT MARGARITA CONTEST: For rules: CLICK HERE - This contest is an addition to the Czhili & BBQ Cook-off. TEQUILA will be the main alcohol ingredient used.
