- CZHILI COOK-OFF: This is the Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI) sanctioned cook-off. The top 10 Czhilis will receive awards and points to Terlingua next year. The top 5 showmanship teams will receive awards with the top 3 getting Terlingua points. Entry fee is $20 per spot/team before October 13th, $25 after. For more rules and registration, click here.
- HOMETOWN CZHILI COOK-OFF: This is for residents of Flatonia only. Proof of residence will be required for this competition. Entry Fee is $20. For rules and registration, click here.
BARBECUE COOK-OFF
Categories to be judged are
Beef Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, Chicken and Pinto Beans.
Entry Fee is $75.00 for one, two or all three meat categories
and $20.00 for Pinto Beans.

JACKPOT MARGARITA
Must be a tequila-based margarita.
All rules that apply to the Czhili Cook-off also apply to the Margarita Contest.
